Bar a Vins is the wine shop & bar you didn’t know you needed. We work hard to put together a selection that we’re excited to share. Our goal is to make wine approachable and have some damn fun.

The idea for Bar a Vins started over records and wine amongst friends in a living room, with a dream to recreate that same vibe in Charlotte. We want our space to feel like you’re at a laid-back party with banging bottles you’re excited to share and try.

Unlike most places, we are sommeliers that are always in the house. We can guide you to some amazing bottles to drink here with your friends or to take home.

Instead of a regular wine bar, we’re a retail shop with real retail prices, and if you want to drink it here, it’s just $10. Every bottle here is something we have fallen in love with either over the years or recently and want you to enjoy them just as much at a price that is accessible.
