Covet Atelier is a shop, owned + curated by Kimi Pace, focusing solely on makers + artisans within the Carolinas and their handmade work.

"Atelier" is a French word meaning "the room an artist works in." Even more so, Covet Atelier invites visitors into that room and provides a space to reconstruct the definition of “coveting” (“to have one’s heart set on”) by being a place where quality, intentional, and well-made items replace today’s disconnected consumption.

And for the maker, Covet Atelier provides an engaged audience, made up of admirers of one’s contemporaries and conscious buyers seeking to cherish the traditions of Carolinian artisans.  Each maker’s work included in the shop is hand-selected, curated with other like-minded makers, and featured with the maker as the focus, giving customers a more intimate relationship with the artist, their work, and their creative process.
